Hey there! I’m Andrew Bishop, the person behind Mull Tree Coffee, where coffee is more than just something you drink to wake up—it’s a full-on obsession. I’m that person who gets way too excited about things like brew ratios, water temp, and why grind size is everything.
But honestly, it wasn’t always like this. I started out just loving coffee like everyone else—grabbing my morning cup without thinking too much about it. Then I started diving into the science behind it, and let me tell you, it's like a rabbit hole you don’t want to escape. How does changing the grind size affect the taste? Why does water temp matter? It’s like discovering coffee is a science experiment—and I’m here for it!
